Privacy
Written by reading the database rather than a template, so it says what the product actually does. If any of it stops being true, this page is wrong and worth telling us about.
An email address, and nothing else about you — no name, no phone, no address. It exists so a sign-in link has somewhere to go and so your studio’s work is reachable from another device. Sign-in is handled by Supabase, which stores the address and the session.
The studio name, your business contact details if you put them on quotes, your logo, your terms, and the numbers the app runs on: what you pay for balloons, what you pay people, how fast you build, what margin you are aiming at.
These are commercially sensitive and we treat them that way. Every query is scoped to your studio at the database, not in the app — a request for another studio’s figures returns nothing rather than being politely declined.
When you save a job you may enter a client’s name, email, phone, Instagram handle and your own notes, plus the venue and date. This is the only personal data in here about somebody who is not a user, and it is the reason the rest of this page matters.
The tool that needs no account records what was calculated — the piece, the size, the hours, the figures — so we can see whether the engine is any good across real jobs. It carries no name and no address unless you type one into the box that asks for it, and that box is the only way an address gets attached.
The quote builder works with no account and nothing is kept about you unless you press “Send it to me”. If you do, we keep the address you typed, the name if you gave one, and the design you built — the pieces, the price and what it costs to make. We keep it because it is a quote we owe you a copy of, and because it tells us whether the numbers this thing produces are any good.
We may write to you once about it. We do not sell or share the list, and one line back to us takes you off it and deletes the design with it.
The tools that work without an account are rate limited. Doing that needs some way to tell one visitor from another, so we store a salted digest of the IP address and a count. The digest cannot be turned back into an address, and we keep no log of addresses anywhere.
Billing is not switched on yet. When it is, card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers — we store the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe gives back, and what plan they entitle you to.
That is the whole list. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on any page of this site. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in, plus one remembering which studio you are working in.
Email hello@inflatedesk.tech and ask. A copy of everything, or deletion of everything — deletion means the rows are gone, not hidden. We will do it within 30 days and usually the same week.
If you are somebody’s client and you would rather not be in a studio’s records here, ask the studio first — it is their address book, and they can remove you in a click. Write to us if that does not work.
